      Active Class A CDL with the endorsements the load requires, re-checked with the issuing state every year.

    2. 49 CFR 391.41DOT Medical Certificate

      Physical exam by a certified examiner on the FMCSA National Registry. Valid for up to 24 months.

    3. 49 CFR 382Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse

      Full query before hire and a limited query every year. An unresolved violation means no dispatch.

    4. 49 CFR 391.25Motor Vehicle Record

      Driving record from every state the driver was licensed in, reviewed each year by our safety manager.

      We confirm the rate and assign a verified driver. You receive the driver's name and truck number.

      Live GPS position and check calls at pickup, in transit and before arrival.

    4. STEP 4Deliver

      Signed proof of delivery sent as soon as the freight is off the truck. Invoicing follows the same day.

    Are you a carrier or a broker?

    VOX Transportation is a motor carrier. Your load moves on our trucks, with our drivers, under our own USDOT operating authority.

    Which areas do you cover?

    Our base is Orlando, Florida. We run regional lanes across Florida, Georgia, Alabama and the Carolinas, and long-haul lanes to Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and the Northeast.

    How fast will I get a quote?

    The same business day for standard full-truckload requests. For expedited freight, call dispatch and we will price it on the phone.

    Can I check a driver before pickup?

    Yes. Each driver has a file on this site with CDL class and endorsements, medical certificate validity, Clearinghouse status and driving record review. When you book, we confirm the assigned driver by name and truck number.

    What do you need from me to quote a load?

    Pickup and delivery cities, pickup date, equipment type, commodity, weight and pallet count. Appointment times and special handling notes help us price it right the first time.

    How do I track my freight?

    Every truck runs an Electronic Logging Device with live GPS. You get check calls at pickup, in transit and before arrival, and a live location whenever you ask.
